Do you think video games are bad for you yes or no?

i think they're the same as anything - moderation is needed or else it'll turn unhealthy. i don't agree with the argument that they cause violence though

well, im not 100/100 against video games, but playing a game for more than 10 hours a day will fuck up our lives

It can be a very useful distraction like other forms of entertainment to help destress, but the negative aspects usually come into play when moderation is disregarded or when it is used as an alternative to reality. In the case of game development, periodic gaming and exploring new games is fairly critical for keeping up with emerging trends and expanding a vocabulary.

I dont think it's bad for me, I think it's even therapeutic the way people use it as an escape to their problems
