Easy way to do 3d artwork

echoing what everyone above has said, c4d or blender are both great options. I'd personally go for c4d just as I feel like its more transferable to other use cases other than hobbying.

You can't really get these effects straight in Photoshop without intense time and stress. And then its all faked in photoshop and not really editable ...

You should learn blender... its a free 3d software w a ton of vids about how to use it on youtube
