Collect all add-ons in one folder, scan add-on texts using Total Commander for such commands as http.fetch, sv_allowcslua 1, Local = G_ and so on

cac is no longer supported in gmod and creates big trouble.

There are addons in the workshop to detect these leaks. Im not sure if they work or even stop the problem but im confident that they can at least detect the problems.

Look into the autorun file and see if there is anything fishy, like to do with ULX giving someone admin or Rcon. There is also a tool to help find backdoors if you google it but it does stop vcmod working so you may want to delete it after looking for backdoors

You Can Scan With Tirdy party programs or Plugins
And You can Read logs and try to catch some think suspicious

Check sites for cheats that look for these backdoors and remove cac while doing so. And then you can find whatever you need.
