This is a border over the whole map including border patrols. I used this border for the split of 2 countrys (USA/Mexico) on a roleplay Server.

INSTALLATION
  • Download the File
  • Open the file
  • Singleplayer: Open OpenIV and put the ?xml file to GTAV/meyoostuff/spooner
  • FiveM server: put the file in your server map file start the map

This is good use for servers who need a border i will be implementing this in my own server as well.
