INSTALLATION- Download the File
- Open the file
- Singleplayer: Open OpenIV and put the ?xml file to GTAV/meyoostuff/spooner
- FiveM server: put the file in your server map file start the map

Insane work, did you made this with map builder or codewalker? I'm learning how to build with codewalker right now and maybe one day I will share my best works too!
