Yes, FPS booster is one of the beast in good I to have a full boost recommend you activate the multicore rendering

Yes, In my server I use all that and I try to make sure that I am not using adding that will drop there FPS like atoms that controls weather.

Enabling (or disabling) multicore rendering can help.
Lowering all settings other than your resolution should help
Also, you should consider disabling VSync, unless you absolutely need it

I think no matter what kind of computer you have, your frames seem to drop on most of the servers.

There is a addon called FPS BOOST you can download on pointshop it works fine man I won 30 fps on my server

try disableing / shutting down background applications, works for me
