instead of a copy of the layer with blending mode, you can use the CC Composite effect. It does the same thing, only without a duplicate layer

also try my new preset, which uses only BCC Continuum Complete, for better quality results

Still using Topaz + Sharping + Unsharp + BCC Cartoon Look is the best combination. But still, thanks for the lesson
