I'd have to say Kingdom Come: Deliverance. It's not quite out yet but from what I've played in the beta it's a medieval and very historical version of Elder Scrolls

Any Fallout game... it is made by the same studio and the same engine!

the elder scrolls franchise obviously, but if your looking for something else i recommend fallout

Have you played the Gothic and Risen series? If not, I strongly recommend you to play them. Especially Gothic. Start with 1, although the graphics are pretty dated.

Games like skyrim are Fallout 3 and 4 and the witcher.

Witcher 3 is like Skyrim, i think, but with a better Story.

Look up the game series: Fable. I played 1 2 and 3. They are amazing! Choose whether you want to be good or evil
