photoshop if mouse/keys

illustrator if you have pen or touchscreen

I use Photoshop and Illustrator a lot.

paint.net is what i use

MS paint is what real men use

Sai Paint if you use Tablet. (Sai is more for Drawing tho)
Photoshop Otherwise

and you can do 3d graphics on cinema 4d for the best.
