anyone here have a daily gym routine? that they keep up with
im struggling with motivation

You just have to keep doing it. Once you see the results you will be motivated to do more. Good luck

just keep doing jogging, back exercises and weight lifting you will be pumped up in no time

I started intermittent fasting this week and I am also struggling to get back into my gym routine. @harpuntorben is absolutely right, you just have to get back on it.
