I sleep at most 8 hours but I usually get like 6 hours of sleep or less.

It's almost as though I've seen a thread very similar to this one somewhere, the exact same..

Approximately 5-9 hours a day. I've never measured it exactly

I dont usually sleep very well would probably give it about 3-5 hours

Maybe 8 or 9 hours for day maybe more whit problem to coronavirus

I sleep around 5-7hours in a 24hr period. Usually not all at once... I get more done.

its very different for me, per day i sleep like 6 to 9 hours, sometimes its 5h

This is a really good question.. As a 20 year old I used to sleep very little, somewhere around 4 to 5 hours a night. But now that I'm in my 40s I sleep upwards to 8 hours every night.

Tough question.
I don't really have one per say, as I wake up at random.
But on average its about 5-9 hours.
