HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Like a 8-10 hours or less.

I sleep 7-8 hours, but my sleeping scedule is kinda fcked, I usually go to bed at 3-4 am lol

5-10 different from day to day

Not much lately been sleeping sometimes for 3 hours other times for 5 hours other times for much lower. It's all been random but all less than 6 hours.

around 6 is fine in my op

i sleep like about 6 hours every day my sleep schedule is horrible.

Working from home completely fucked my schedule. I go to be 2-3 in the morning, wake up at 630

I seem to need 9. Always seems like I can fall back to sleep in the morning.

Im sleeping like 8 hours but somethime 5 or 4 hours

i aim for at least 7 hours a day, below 7 hrs makes my day worse
