HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep only 3-7 hours a day.... I'm awake way too long and that sucks. Work is then but also just

I try to get 8 hours.. but to be honest I cannot remeber when I last had 4 hours of sleep
I stress too much and bring my work home :-(

idk if i answered this already but 4-6 hours at best

Eh this question is a bit difficult... my sleep schedule usually depends on how work went. If it was a nice easy day at work, I'd probably get 7-8 hours. If work was hell, I'd get maybe 5-6 hours.
