HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I usually get 8-9 hours of sleep.

9+ because of my health. sometimes i sleep 16 hours at a time, it's awful

It really depends how my day went. If it didnt go well I might sleep under 7 hours, but if everything has gone well then, maybe 8 or 9 hours. Its just enough.

I sleep at night not during the day

It makes no sense for a person to sleep more than 7 hours, if you have not slept for a day, then 8 hours maximum, then only harm.

Sleeping 5-6 hours a day for a long period will affect your health, but life is such that no one can clearly control their affairs, sometimes you need to sleep 3 hours a day, sometimes you can sleep at least all day, it depends on your choice, if you suffer from insomnia I advise you to go to a sonnologist

8-9 hours, anything more than that and my body automatically kicks me awake

need over 5 hours i cant go more than a day or two on lack of sleep before i feel awful
