HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Bruh, i cant imagine anyone that sleeps

Finding a good middle ground like 6-9 hours of sleep is usually where I lie. Anything lower I can function, anything higher I just am sleepy all day.

5h/day for me is enough. More than that and i have a headache.

6-7 hours a night usually.

Well, to be honest with you... I dont sleep a lot, perhaps like 3-5 hours per day.

I try to go for about 8 hours on work days but I usually end up with 6 or so.
On my off nights I usually get like 10 hours lol

ten or nine, depends the day

usually like 7 when i got work but 12 or so on my days off

i get 8 hours on weekdays and none on weekends

i am sleeping around 6 Hours / night
