HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Wth looking at this thread I must be doing myself an even bigger disservice than I thought cause I almost never manage to get more than 6 hours, so hard to get to sleep when I could still be doing things though...

about 7 or 8 hours, that's enough for me

I usually sleep about 10-12

im a sleeper so im sleeping most of the day about 9 hours a day.

7 to 8 but i need more then that

I always try to get 9-10 hours, but life makes me only get 7 xd

It depend on many thing,my health my moood,but usually 7/8 hours

Bro even if i sleep 8h i feel like i'm not well rested

I sleep around 7-8 hours each night.

Usually about 5 but sometimes 8 to 10 hours
