making server is very easy when you want to use basic things. it's getting compicated when you wnat to make own addons to your server

It's easy, if you know a little bit of knowledge about lua, you do it easily

It isn't too bad, but if you are just beginning there is a learning curve. Lua knowledge is a necessity if you want to make any custom content, and many servers won't go anywhere if they simply blend in. Stomping out exploits and individuality is a key. Don't be afraid to google things or possibly ask for help
