Does anyone wants to have this played in LAN?

Bots aren't a good way to get better at the game unless you're at the very bottom of the learning curve.

no not exactly it was just for examination purpose... its too complex if you want to copy an online player's gameplay.... and emulate it as a bot

It would be stupid, what an online player's did in that moment might not be the best play in other situation.

Nobody would use this feature you would need bascially 10 friends and 10 computers 1v1 are boring.

Could be cool since bot are quite hard
Well not sure at your country but LoL in my have very hard bot

I think the offline version it's only on net coffee where teams fights for a reward, i am not pretty sure if it exists.
But i remember i found an emulator i tested on and it was working but lot of bugs found on it (Of course) because i think it's a very big project. To take this done you need a server, so this means you suppose to get started from a very scratch coding.
