Is it necessary to eat healthy for sports, for example, I have a habit of alcohol. Will it affect my sports or will I have trouble breathing?

If it's too much alcohol (like binge drinking or you're an alcoholic) then it may. If you're social/moderate (1/2 glasses a night) then it may not have too much of an effect. Just make sure you don't drink before/after a work out. That may actually screw you up.

Alcohol in large amounts does affect your physical health. I would advise to slow down on the drinking if you're having a hard time breathing. Eating healthy is the very first step to losing weight though if that's your plan. Exercise only does so much.
