Get a VPS at OVH. Their prices are unbeatable for the quality and you'll get some linux administration experience, which is invaluable in Minecraft hosting.

SingleHop or OHV is the best hosting for dedis. (imo)

I honestly would use a server hosting service... i believe there are many. for as many types there is.
