How can i promote my server

There is a reddit page for gmod servers. I put mine there but i don't know how popular that page is for the general gmod population

on conflict, you can add disboard bot to your server and set it up and help your dissension server like clockwork and that can traffic players.

go onto irregular gatherings and spam your server

make your gmod server list name exceptionally snappy and eye popping

have giveaways on your disunity will 100% traffic clients

Generally a catchy name and list the most important and unique parts of your server on the name, also when your server first becomes public make sure to get as many people on as you can then, gather all the friends you can and make them stay there for about an hour, this will make people interested and want to check your server out. Make sure the friends you bring are just users, dont make them admin just yet otherwise actual players will just leave in disinterest at your server.

Spamming, While not recommended on most forums, as you will get banned most likely, i would suggest advertising on hosting companies discords, such as mixml hosting. their company may not be the best, but i think you could get a few players.

You can try poking around discord servers and using bots, that can for the most part draw in some players.

Try to buy a promotion on youtube try to find people with good views on youtube like 25k+ and buy a promotion. After you got some players try to buy another promotion then a youtuber already plays on your server. That will help you a lot!
