How do you guys deal with procrastination?

As probably said, remove such things that distract you from your grasp.
Have a little talk with yourself, convince yourself that once you get the task at hand complete, you're free to relax.

I don't lol! I will eventually do it until like last minute then when the time comes I'll be rushing all over the place to get it done. I'm worse when it comes to doing laundry or folding it and putting it away.

It depends on the tasks, but when I have to do something where flow matters, i just tune in something groovy what have no lyrics, just music. It helps to think but does not disturb.

A strong tip I use for my school work for example, when I'm playing OSRS or GMod, is not just removing the distraction, but instead creating goals. Basically, tell yourself you're going to accomplish a set amount of work before you take a 30 minute break to play games. After that break, you HAVE to force yourself to go back and continue until everything is done. This may not work for everyone as it requires some form of self-control, but the more you motivate yourself to get work done, the better.
