How many genders are there ?

I believe only 2 genders but many say there is more but I see only make or female body parts none extra

Honestly, biologically there are two sexes. Gender has been placed on a societal spectrum, where there is no set number. So 2? 1000? I guess it depends really. Any SJW/LBGT/Femanazi will tell you the same thing. There are two biological sexes, but gender is where the idea differs. I understand the confusion to those who disagree, but you can't fight societal standards at this extreme. I mean you can, but what's the point?

Since the gender of a person is now self-defined, they are useless as descriptors. People shouldn't be trying to fit all their personality into a tiny pronoun.
