To get global you need to have amazing skills, reaction time and overall gamesense. Hours don't really matter in this equation after all, if you got the hardware ( tested on myself with urage reaper vs some myria one, I make 10-15 kills with myria while dominating with 30-40 on the urage reaper ) and physical/psihical gifts, you will get there, but in general, humans can improve only by 10-30%, so sorry for destroying your hopes :( .
