The csgo ranking system is weird. The 1st 10 games I played I got ranked in gold nova 2

I have 2000 hours and im dmg in mm and global in wingman for 2 years....

Hours do not equal skill its time you spend practicing that makes you good not just time played im at over 600 hours and im still S1-S2

Depends on the player actually, previous experience, gear, time they pour in, natural reflex and what not.

It's not about hours, you can put in 6k hours and still be complete trash at the game

depends on many factors, if you play constantly and seek to improve your performance with training, it won't take long to get a good patent

Is a hard question to answer, generally, you will or will not get it. To get global you need to have amazing skills, reaction time and overall gamesense. Hours don't really matter in this equation after all, if you got the hardware ( tested on myself with urage reaper vs some myria one, I make 10-15 kills with myria while dominating with 30-40 on the urage reaper ) and physical/psihical gifts, you will get there, but in general, humans can improve only by 10-30%, so sorry for destroying your hopes :( .
