How many meals you eat per day?

I only eat twice per day but a lot of portion I took. Mostly during lunch and dinner.

I eat 1-2 meals a day, sometimes I don't eat. Just depends on how I feel

one, always fasting inbetween gotta stay skinny for real

I eat anywhere from only 1 up to 5 meals a day - depending how much I've smoked for that day, to be honest.

I eat about 5. I'm a very big hungry man that does not get full easily.

I usually only eat two meals a day. Where I sometimes eat breakfast and dinner or I skip breakfast and eat lunch and dinner.

Used to do just two but now think fasting may be too stressful on the body. I had great body composition and actually felt really good. But saw some evidence that you can actually age faster.

It depends haha, sometimes I might eat 3 or 2 but If I'm very hungry I'll eat up to 5 or 4!

i am a fat bastard so eat three meals and then snacks alllllll day long

Today was a world record for me.... I literally ate only a muffin and a banana.... I normally it waaayyyyyy more than that :O
