How many meals you eat per day?

most of the time i have two meals and a bunch of snacks.

I used to eat the standard 3 a day until I realized I didn't really need to. Now I eat ~2 times a day, and snack when I need to / am out and about.

I currently eat around 4-5 meals per daydue to me having a medical condition

eat 5 meals each day and around 4k kalorises I recommend you to do the same thing live your life.

4-5. Sometimes 3, sometimes 2. Depending on what im doing that day. If i hike, i eat 4-5000 kcl. If i do nothing, maybe 1500.

I don't eat many meals, usually 1 sometimes none, I don't know why but I feel fine when hardly eating, I probably have a shrunken stomach because it never used to be like this

3 meals, i think it's the usual around here. Max is 4, if someone gets something for lunch like 4 PM :kekdog:

I eat once a day around 3pm. I wake up at 5am so that means I'm awake and really only consuming water or juice for 10 hours. I think its a good diet as a fasting approach and i feel decent most of the time.

breakfast, lunch, dinner. nothing more, nothing less.

I generally only eat two meals a day with two light snacks in the afternoon and evening. I eat a big lunch and a smaller dinner. Never been a breakfast person.
