How many meals you eat per day?

Full meals? 3. Small meals? 3. So 6 in total. Each lil meal after the big one. Can be fruit, or yoghurt.

No specific amount. Just try to keep it within 2300 calories now because I'm on a cut. Sometimes more if I workout heavy that day

Around 2 meals a day, breakfast and dinner... but I snack throughout the day. If I have a full on day with no time to snack, I'm more likely to have 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) to keep my energy levels up.

I eat from 3 to 5 meals per day, but.. you know... some snacks snick in sometimes
