How much time do you spend on your phone?

Too much time, it's like 3 or 4 hours (and i really need to calm down)

Is the phone time really detrimental if I'm reading books?

i used to spend so much time on tiktoks i wasnt being able to finish movies anymore finally fixed my shit attention spam lol

It really depends on how much I am doing, I spend more time then I like, I don't want to limit the number of hours, rather when I use it, because if I am waiting for something then I am fine with like being on my phone doing nothing, but if I can be working out or doing something then yea I don't wanna be caught up on my phone at alllll
