How often do you guys exercise?

I try to exercise daily but the reality is that sometimes I lack motivation or just forget really... Realistically, I might workout once a week and go walk like trice a week

Used to be a gym rat, now I'm too lazy for this shiet.

I exercise a decent amount, probably like three-four times per week especially during covid.

i exercise 0 times a week because im a fat piece of shit but god bro i gotta start doin somethin

most weekends but only when i pay airsoft haha

I exercise sooo much lmao, a whole lot tho, im ripped too.

I try to work out twice a week just to get the heart moving but sometimes im so busy with school work which gets me tired :/

Not very often. I do a lot of intense VR though, but I'm not sure that counts.
