Literally don't be a child or a moron. That's all you need to run a good community.

In fact I think you have to know how to innovate if you want players without clickbait

Well if ur getting players on ur server also has to do with luck

You need to reward members for being in the community which is a important thing to do

The hardest part in this is recruiting staff, as there are not a lot of mature staffs out there =/

Send money to gmod youtubers or twitch streamers. That's the easiest way.
