I started working out saturday to get in shape for football, and I haven't worked out in so long. I did an easy workout, like 20 pushups and 40 sit ups. Yesterday I did planking and cobra. Any workouts to recommend for home use?
Do you have any free weights? If you do then I have a few workouts you could do, but I'd honestly recommend joining your school's or a local gym.
If not, you really won't get much out of core workouts and no weights if you're training for football.
