If you PC game, where did you first start?

I started playing seriously in 2015 when prison architect 1st started

First ever pc game I played was gmod but thats because I started off playing with console

diablo 1 was a great game to start a pc gamer life

It started from counter strike condition zero. thought the newer cs game would be the one most active. how wrong i was.

I think start playing CS 1.3 and DOTA 1 thats the best memories

I played Pinball game that shipped with Windows XP. It was addictive game. I preferred it over solitare. Cause I was a kid back then, still I would prefer Pinball over Solitare.

Back in 2010 or so my brother introduced me to Minecraft, have been playing it on PC since then.

If I remember correctly, then my first PC game was Sacrifice, which my friend gave me when i got my first PC. And I think this game stood the test of time, I still come back to it sometimes and have a great time replaying it for god knows which time.
By the way, is console gaming actually more popular than PC gaming on the West? Because here in Russia most of the people I know are PC gamers, and even if they have a modern console, they still mainly use PC for gaming, playing on the console only for the exclusives(Bloodborne, HALO, etc.).
