Implemented Ability to Steal Names.

So, this is kinda obvious when u got a name like mine "starts with i,z,x, etc" and the OG name is taking by a non-active user, add this ability
to any kind of upgrade u like.

lfmembers probably know what all this about.

Nah not non active users cause they may come back, but we could do this with permantally banned users.

You were only able to do this with accs that had less than a certain amount of posts (not sure how many atm) and were not upgraded. Most of them were already inactive/banned accs with 0 posts anyway, so it's not like you were able to steal a name from someone who might come back.

My account was inactive and had less the 15 posts and also wasnt upgraded for the longest time but i came back. There is some oldfag members that just have regostered and havnt had the time to get into the forum and with shutting down of leak alot of them will be headed back here.

not every old member is on leak..
and if you have an OG name, u shouldn't go offline so ur name don't get stolen, and there has to be a long offline time so their name becomes steal-able

Forgot to mention there was also a time limit for you to steal a name, and it was pretty damn long. <-<

Honestly your name needs to be creative and only your name. So this wouldnt be good
