Implemented ability to tag all group members

Here's another bumperino.

I'd like to see what the other staff members think of this suggestion.

Would help with users being more active in groups, i upvote ++

Lemme just pick up this idea again.

I was thinking about a option to implement this.

So what I thought was something like @[group name], which would only work for the leaders of the respective group. Otherwise it would become a shitfest of notifications pretty soon.

I think it would be best to be limited to Leaders as you said.I have a few ideas in which we can further expand the usergroups and permissions for leaders.
I'll catch up with you at some point about that idea though.

or give leaders the option to create those big red announcement thingies that appear on the forum header
we can link the relevant stuff there and be 100% sure that they will be noticed, but only for ppl who are in a specific usergroup

lots of ppl like to rack up their notification numbers without checking them and may miss some of the alerts
