Is CSS really hard?

It is not a complicated language, but it can be when you want to do quite complex things.

css is not about hardness, css isnt a coding language

It's really easy once you get the hang of it. The hardest part (well used to be) was getting it to look good in all browsers.

Easy to learn, hard to master. The standard has many flaws and you have to learn to circumvent some of the bad design decisions that went into the standard

I feel like CSS is very easy to learn but hard to master. It can be so versatile in terms of web design. I use it for a lot of cool animations on my websites. Bootstrap extends that library even more.
