No in my country (VE), it's allowed in the clinics for some patients. But you shouldn't own it since it's not legal.

It's only legal medically here in Arizona. Hopefully we get legal recreational weed soon.

Not in Germany. In fact a lot of people are against it but there is definitely a good community that are for it so i think only future can tell
