I think there are more negative than positive effects for the use of cannabis.
Although crime rate would drop a hefty amount if legalised..

I live in france...here cannabis is prohibited..you can go to jail for a small amount of cannabis. it's prohobited...and in the same time we are well know in europe to be the country who have most smoker than the other....(prohibition do this).
