Is mining dead?

If you select new coins to mine for, do yourself a favor and check up on them first to #1 ensure they're of use in the future (by providing something other coins don't already) and #2 that they're legit and not going to steal all the loot once they've reached their target by disappearing like a lot of coins have.. otherwise you'll just be mining them for other people

Cryptocurrency mining isnt dead per se despite mining profits consistently reporting low. However, it can deceive as being the end of mining anytime the target difficulty is high and the price of digital currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum reach all-time lows.

Nope. Bitcoin is a second update. So if they're dead at this moment. They will back at another second.

Well mining is not really dead, it's just that there is only so much demand and a lot of rich people are generating everything.

I think mining is worth it right now. Since everything is down it will go up. Buying and selling as well as trading is prime as of now.

it depends on the coin. bitcoin mining is almost done but for exaple litecoin has a long way to go so just do research
