nah its not dead, queue times might take a bit depending on the map but its not that bad

It's not completely dead still #1 on steam charts and just recently in March or April it reached it's peak players of all time after being out for a while. So I wouldn't say it is dead but the old playerbase is definitely moving on from playing the game.

Not at all. I still know a ton of friends who competitively play daily.

Compet is fun to a certain degree considering i only play around 3 maps on compet.

I find that the social aspect is lacking, it's harder to get a server out there and running with what you want than ever before.
Well putting up the server is easy, having the right tools and mods enabled - gametype etc is key.

No i don't think one of the most played games on steam is dead.

NOOO, the game is NOT DEAD, but the comunnity is dead because is so toxic

i don't know what do you mean.. this game is updating and i think thats not dead
