Valve actually doesn't care about giving yourself achievements and generally don't do anything about it. The worst that can happen here is a backdoor in the Achievement Hack. + you can find trusted ones online.

Yeah this is a bit risky, in my opinion I wouldn't do it due to me having alot of stuff on my Steam. However it is up to you, achievements mean nothing.

This can be easly gotten for free, I need my credits my dude. Also if you get VAC'd your fuq'd XD

Wouldn't trust sounds like an easy way to get banned
