Some GTA modding tools can easily unlock achivements for GTA 5 easily. All you need is the right tool to do so!

Use Steam Achievment Manager (SAM) IF you wanna hack achievments. It's way more popular and used by more people. Anyways you're risking a ban by using these programs.

I will try it and I will come back with an idea if this program does or does not work
