The book "Lolita" was released in 1955. "The past 3 years" since then is still regarding "Newer times" for the lifespan of the genre. What people said the past 3 years doesn't matter. Not when it has been something for many more years and the people who work with the medium still hold unto that definition. So it is your word against people who work with the medium, and I think those who make a living of making Lolicon knows what it is a bit better than a single person.
