Looking on your phone after waking up?

I'm looking at my phone when I wake up because of notifications

Don't feel too bad at least you don't have a cocktail like mine. I wake up take a hit on my e-cig check my phone and down a pot of coffee.

My phone broke 2 days ago lel.. :c
But ye before I was looking at my phone everytime after waking up. c':

when i wake up i check if i have a message but nothing more

I check mine the instant I am conscious because I have a whole group of nocturnal friends that love messaging me important shite at 4am

Netflix has been adding alot of good content here lately. The Punisher is really good. The new season is coming out soon.

Immediately after waking up and couple of times at night too. But I'm still not addicted.

I always immediately look for my phone, I should be more humble and be thankful I woke up.

It's really annoying.....
I check up my phone before i goto bath.
