Looking on your phone after waking up?

i mean i get blinded when i first wake up if i look on my phone so me personally no i wake up for like 2 hours before i look at my phone

dude i do the same to see if i got a text from my girl because she lives far from me

Honnestly i look at my phone because the alarm is going of or if i dont have alarm set i check what time it is because i usualy like to sleep late

Never in my life. It's like staring directly into the sun. I usually still do it anyways after I hear a notif. :kekdog:

I haven't this morning routine.
Go to the bad for a shower and drink two glasses cold water.
Then i make my morning workout and check my mobile for new news and whatsapp chats.

Well i look at my phone when i wake up to see what time it is and if im not late.

With the current time and age, it's pretty normal for anyone to do that

Well, when i wake up the first thing i do is go to the toillet cause i always drink 1l of waster before going to bed its good for your skin and helps your body to kill the bad things you had left from the day lol

Yeah I do it all the time either is not to miss notifications or to avoid oversleeping
