Minecraft will live past 2020?

Absolutely will, the community is actively growing even today

good news it survived but prob gonna die soon cuz of hytale release

Well, this is an old thread, but if I saw this before I would still think yes.

Its definetly going to live for many years, its nowhere near to dying and has a healthy player base. But why so many people think that minecraft is dying ? its really stupid that this game is going to die because you do not find it interesting anymore

I doubt minecraft will go anywhere as long as they are still profitable especially with microsoft backing it.

It might be passing since minecraft players will never get bored when playing mods or play with their friends

I don't see it dying out any time soon. It's still a very powerful brand and like the above user said, there's no one really challenging it in the market.
