Nulled theme pros and cons

Cons are that eventually it will throw errors on the front-end and this is very annoying.
Also it has a chance that this may have some backdoor infected files which can easily compromise your data.

Pros : Free
Cons : Nobody likes to have his job leaked on internet and you may check security

Which locations are you going to use (just inside the EU or USA or...)? Do you need a connection which is fast when it comes
to downloads or do you need a low latency?
