A VPN is a service that claims it will make you anonymous online and allow you better privacy. In many cases, like this one, the VPN provider is lying and just wants money without actually having to protect anyone.
If you take privacy seriously, use Tor. VPNs are inherently untrustworthy as they are a single point of failure. Anyone telling you otherwise is definitely, unequivocally wrong.

He wasn't allowed back for a year as they didn't think he could go through all that without something going on. Though I guess for context having bomb threats and actual bombs go off (no injures) justifies that but still. He was in the community for years, and went there often for other things over the years but nope all of the sudden bomb maker when new casher joined.
