There's someone registering to my forum over and over from Ukrain. I don't mind him registering but It's creepy isn't it? I'm paranoid and I'm afraid of someone messing up my whole forum.

block his IP from registering.

That's an option in the ACP, I'm pretty sure.

They probably don't have the power to take over the website, but just in case

Doesn't sound like an actual person.

Make sure they have to verify their email and include a captcha system
