Registration Spam

There's someone registering to my forum over and over from Ukrain. I don't mind him registering but It's creepy isn't it? I'm paranoid and I'm afraid of someone messing up my whole forum.

block his IP from registering.

That's an option in the ACP, I'm pretty sure.

Yeah but like, What If he will use VPN? What If hes trying to take over the website? I'm pretty paranoid like I said.

They probably don't have the power to take over the website, but just in case

Make sure they have to verify their email and include a captcha system

From a smam there is no protection.
